Invalid field for entering phone number ,hence phone number not taken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to ADD RIDER
ENTER CREDENTIALS
MOVE TO PHONE NUMBER
See error
Expected behavior
Should be a numeric textbox

Start by reproducing the issue through ADD RIDER in Chrome and inspect the phone-number field reached after entering credentials. The fix is done when the field accepts a phone number as numeric input without showing the invalid-field error; the payload names no file or test to run.
