Add food items: Dropdown arrow to choose category is not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Food'
Add Title and Description
Click on "dropdown arrow" to select category
See error
Expected behavior
Dropdown arrow should show the categories

Additional context
The categories are shown when clicking in the filed, except dropdown arrow.

Start at the Food add-item form and reproduce the issue in Chrome by clicking the category dropdown arrow after entering a title and description. Inspect the category control and verify that clicking the arrow opens the category list, while preserving the existing behavior where clicking the field shows categories.
