In the Enatega Multivendor Rider App, there is an inconsistency in the functionality of the availability toggle button. Despite a rider turning off their availability, they continue to receive notifications prompting them to pick up orders from restaurants. This issue creates confusion for riders and undermines the purpose of the availability toggle, leading to potential delays and inefficiencies in order management.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing how the rider availability toggle is represented in the TypeScript backend and how order-pickup notifications are triggered for the Enatega Multivendor Rider App on iOS and Android. Reproduce the reported flow with availability turned off; done means unavailable riders no longer receive pickup notifications.
