Phone number field missing, when adding a store from Vendor page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Click on Vendors option from general dropdown.
Now click any vendor , click on View option.
See error there Store option now add a store from there
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Start in the Enatega Admin Dashboard by reproducing the flow through Vendors, a vendor's View option, and Store > Add a store. Inspect the vendor/store form entry point and compare it with other store-creation forms. Done means the phone number field is shown when adding a store from a vendor page and its value is handled correctly.
