The application is asking for a specific language to select and when the user does that, the whole application gets reloaded.

the application should be able to picked the language the system is already using and make it its default language.

Start by locating the app-language selection flow and the startup or localization entry point in the React Native application. Trace how the selected language is applied and why the application reloads, then verify that the system language becomes the default and changing it does not reload the whole application.
