Cant find my restaurant as an existing vendors (multivendor admin app)

Describe the bug
As an existing user, I could not find my restaurant.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Email'
Click on 'Search' interface
Type my email id
See error "there is no records to display"
Additional context
To check if my profile exist, I went to "Add Vendor" interface and entered my email id. It showed "Email is already associated with another account" (Screenshot 2)

Expected behavior
My email id should be displayed in the list of Emails.

Run the app and reproduce the flow from the Email search interface, then compare it with the Add Vendor interface using an existing email. Trace the vendor lookup and duplicate-email validation to find why the existing account is excluded from the email list. Done means an existing restaurant email appears in search while the duplicate-account warning still works.
