Lack of close button on Add restaurant overlay (Enatega multivendor admin app)

Add restaurant overlay gets closed when a user clicks outside the overlay. This can be by mistake but the user looses all the filled-in infos.

Provide CLOSE button on the overlay, instead of closing it by the click outside the overlay.

Locate the Add restaurant overlay in the TypeScript React Native admin app and reproduce the accidental dismissal by tapping outside it. Update the overlay behavior so a visible CLOSE button is available and entered information is not lost through an outside click; verify the overlay can still be closed intentionally.
