Entatega -Food- Delivery-website :Clicking on Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions Links Doesn't Navigate to Top of Page

Describe the bug
Upon clicking the 'Privacy Policy' or 'Terms and Conditions' links on the Enatega food delivery website, the page fails to scroll up to the top, as expected. I have resolved the issue where clicking Home in footer scrolls up the page and want to implement the same here

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Visit the Enatega food delivery website.
Scroll down to any section of the page.
Click on the 'Privacy Policy' or 'Terms and Conditions' links.
Expected behavior
After clicking on the 'Privacy Policy' or 'Terms and Conditions' links, the page should smoothly scroll up to the top, positioning users at the beginning of the respective documents.

I have solved issue #212 and want to do the same with this issue

Reproduce the issue on the Enatega food delivery website by scrolling down and selecting the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions footer links. Inspect the existing Home footer behavior from issue #212 and the corresponding link handling. Done means both links navigate to their documents and smoothly position the page at the top.
