Invalid field for entering phone number ,hence phone number not taken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to ADD RIDER
ENTER CREDENTIALS
MOVE TO PHONE NUMBER
See error
Expected behavior
Should be a numeric textbox

Start by reproducing the issue in the ADD RIDER flow using Chrome on Windows, then inspect the phone number field reached after entering the rider credentials. Confirm what currently prevents entry and verify that the field accepts numeric phone numbers when fixed.
