instead of scrolling all the way up ,adding a button that would scroll to directly navbar when someone reaches end of page.

a scroll up button

Start by locating the page layout and navbar components in the TypeScript frontend, then inspect how page scrolling is currently handled. Add a visible control that appears at the end of the page and returns the user directly to the navbar. Done means the control works reliably from the bottom of the page and does not disrupt existing navigation.
