Research direction

Start by reproducing the flashing while scrolling on the Android menu items screen, then locate the screen implementation in the React Native app. Compare its behavior with the unaffected screens and run the relevant mobile checks available in the repository. Done means the menu list scrolls smoothly without intermittent flashing.
