Enatega Customer Application : Remove Rating Option for Cancelled Orders by the restaurants.

Describe the bug
If an order has been cancelled, there should not be an option to rate the food, order, or restaurant. Allowing ratings for cancelled orders can lead to inaccurate feedback and confusion. The rating option should be disabled for cancelled orders.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
Click on 'Profile' menu button and go to Order History option.
See error there that the orders which are cancelled by the restaurant , are still allowing the user to review that orders.
Expected behavior
The rating option should not be available for orders canceled by the restaurant.

Start in the Enatega Customer Application's Profile > Order History flow and locate where review or rating actions are shown for restaurant-cancelled orders. Reproduce the issue with a cancelled order, then verify that food, order, and restaurant rating options are unavailable while other eligible orders can still be reviewed.
