When placing an order with special instructions e.g No Mayo is not visible to restaurant.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
Place an order and add some special instructions for restaurant SEE ERROR but the restaurant is unable to see those instructions.
Expected behavior
The special instructions added with the order by the customer should be visible to restaurant when getting the order.

Start by reproducing the issue in the Enatega Customer Application: place an order with special instructions, then inspect the restaurant's order view or retrieval flow. Trace where the instructions are added to the order and where the restaurant gets that order. Done means the restaurant can see the customer's special instructions for a newly placed order.
