The minimum order limit for orders is not implemented

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'vendors>>add restaurants'
Click on 'registration'
go to customer site and order from the same store and youll be able to order items lesser than the limit
See error

minimum order limit must be implemented

Start with the vendor registration flow at Vendors > Add Restaurants > Registration, then trace the customer ordering flow for the same store. Identify where the minimum order value is configured and where orders are accepted; done means an order below the configured limit is rejected, while an order meeting it succeeds.
