Describe the bug
The Commission Rate page in the admin panel is experiencing excessively long loading times. When accessed, the page either takes several minutes to load or doesn't load at all, leaving the interface stuck on a loading spinner or blank state.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Log in to the admin panel
Navigate to the Commission Rate page
Observe that the page takes a long time to load or never fully loads
Expected behavior
The page should load within a few seconds and display the list of vendors or commission settings without delay.
