Enatega Store App: Remove "Delivery Charge" text in price summary for pickup orders

Describe the bug
When placing a Pickup order on the store app, a "delivery charge" text is there in the price summary.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the store app
open pickup orders
observe that delivery charges text are there in th price summary
Expected behavior
Delivery charges should be removed from the pickup orders.

Start by reproducing a pickup order in the store app and trace the price summary component that displays the delivery charge text. Done means pickup summaries no longer show delivery charges while delivery orders retain the relevant charge information.
