Research direction
Start by reproducing the problem on the Dispatch page in Chrome, using the Date and Order ID column headers. Locate the Dispatch page's table and sorting entry point, then verify that ascending and descending orders change the displayed records as expected. Done means each sortable header visibly applies the requested order.
