Research direction
Start by reproducing the restaurant customise screen on an iPhone 15 Pro, including a restaurant whose default items have no images and the Special Instructions field. Locate the screen and its keyboard-avoidance handling; done means the UI stays below the header and does not shift incorrectly when the keyboard opens.
