Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When users navigate to the Wallet page in the Rider app, they do not have a way to manually refresh the wallet balance or transaction history. This can be frustrating, especially if a recent transaction isn't reflected immediately.
Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a pull-to-refresh functionality on the Wallet page so that when the user scrolls down, it triggers a refresh of the wallet data (e.g., balance and transaction list).
Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative could be adding a dedicated refresh button, but pull-to-refresh is a more intuitive and consistent experience for mobile users.
Additional context
This feature will improve the user experience by ensuring that the wallet data is always up-to-date without requiring the user to navigate away and return to the page.

Research direction
Locate the Rider app's Wallet page and inspect how the balance and transaction list currently load or refresh. Check for existing mobile refresh patterns, then verify that a pull gesture reloads both wallet data and transaction history without leaving the page.
