Add on feature not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Food corner east restaurants page
place your order and choose new item 1 (with default add on of fries)

you can only choose one of these but upon check out you'll see both items in your order list
4. Scroll down to checkout
5. See error

Expected behavior
only the selected item or the items must be shown, or if default then should not be given a choice

Reproduce the issue from the Food corner east restaurants page by ordering new item 1 with the default fries add-on and selecting only one option. Follow the selected add-on through checkout and inspect the order list. Done means only the selected item appears, or a default add-on is not presented as a separate choice.
