Add food items: Dropdown arrow to choose category is not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Food'
Add Title and Description
Click on "dropdown arrow" to select category
See error
Expected behavior
Dropdown arrow should show the categories

Additional context
The categories are shown when clicking in the filed, except dropdown arrow.

Start in the Food add-item form and reproduce the issue in Chrome on macOS, comparing clicks on the category field and its dropdown arrow. The fix is complete when clicking the arrow opens the category list as expected, and the existing category-selection behavior still works.
