Add Food: Field label to choose category is missing

A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] After adding Title and Description, a dropdown box is presented. Without any label, its not clear what does it mean and leave a user to fumble around.

Add field label "Choose Category" above the field.

Locate the add-food form and inspect the component that renders the category dropdown. Add the requested “Choose Category” label above that field, then run the application and verify the label appears clearly when adding a food item.
