Description
Describe the bug
When placing a new order, the system incorrectly displays the status of a previously placed order. For example, even when the current order is accepted, it displays the status of the previous order, such as "Cancelled."
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Place an order and cancel it.
Place a new order and accept it.
Check the status of the newly placed order.
Expected behavior
The status of the new order should reflect its correct state, such as "Accepted."

Research direction
No file or test is named in the issue. Start by reproducing the sequence of cancelling one order, placing another, and accepting it, then trace where the displayed order status is selected. Done means a new order displays its own current status rather than the previous order's status.
