Description
Describe the bug
Filters are not being applied on the Restaurant Page in the Android app. Even after selecting specific filter options, the results do not update accordingly.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
Click on 'Restaurants' menu button.
Now click at the top right Filters button , all available filters will show up there.
See error when user select any filter and apply it isn't working accordingly.
Expected behavior
The selected filters (e.g., Cuisine, Rating, Price Range) should modify the restaurant list dynamically. Only restaurants matching the selected criteria should be displayed. Once a filter is applied, the restaurant list should immediately update to reflect the changes without requiring a manual refresh. Filters should remain applied until manually cleared by the user, even if the user navigates to another page and returns.

Start by reproducing the issue in the Enatega Customer Application through Restaurants > Filters, testing Cuisine, Rating, and Price Range selections. Check the restaurant list after applying a filter and after navigating away and back; done means matching restaurants are shown immediately and the selections remain until cleared.
