Enatega Customer App: After the splash screen, a screen appears before the discovery page that states "Something went wrong"

Describe the bug
When we open the app, after the splash screen, a screen appears before discovery page that states that maybe internet connection is unstable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the app
Observe that splash screen appears.
observe that after a splash screen and before discovery page, a screen appears that states that "Something went wrong"
Expected behavior
After the splash screen, direct discovery screen should appear and no other screen should appear in between.

Reproduce the issue on the Android customer app using the reported splash-screen-to-discovery flow, starting at the splash screen and following the navigation entry point into the discovery page. Done means the app transitions directly from the splash screen to discovery without showing the “Something went wrong” screen.
