Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the customer app checkout flow on Android: add the same item, record the tax for delivery, then switch to pickup and compare it. Read the checkout and tax-calculation entry points reached by those order-type changes. Done means the same item shows consistent, correctly calculated tax for both delivery and pickup orders.
