Enatega Rider app: New orders are not being shown on Rider app

Describe the bug
When a user places an order, and the store accepts it, it should be visible to the rider to accept it. But it is not shown on the rider app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Place an order
Order accepted from the store.
Observe that it should be visible to the rider.
observe that it is not shown on the rider app.
Expected behavior
When a store accepts a delivery order, it should be shown to the rider on the rider app.

Reproduce the reported flow on the Android Rider app: place an order, accept it from the store, and check whether the new delivery appears for the rider. The issue names no files, tests, or entry points, so first locate the order-acceptance and rider new-order flow. Done means an accepted delivery order is visible to the rider for acceptance.
