Enatega Store App: Remove "Delivery Charge" text in price summary for pickup orders

Describe the bug
When placing a Pickup order on the store app, a "delivery charge" text is there in the price summary.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the store app
open pickup orders
observe that delivery charges text are there in th price summary
Expected behavior
Delivery charges should be removed from the pickup orders.

Open the store app and reproduce a pickup order, then inspect the price summary where the delivery-charge text appears. Compare the pickup summary with the expected behavior and verify that delivery charges are no longer shown for pickup orders while other order types remain correct.
