Invalid field for entering phone number ,hence phone number not taken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to ADD RIDER
ENTER CREDENTIALS
MOVE TO PHONE NUMBER
See error
Expected behavior
Should be a numeric textbox

Start by running the application in Chrome and reproducing the issue through ADD RIDER, entering credentials, and reaching the phone number field. Locate the component responsible for that field and verify that it accepts numeric phone input without showing the reported error.
