Enatega Rider app: New orders are not being shown on Rider app

Describe the bug
When a user places an order, and the store accepts it, it should be visible to the rider to accept it. But it is not shown on the rider app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Place an order
Order accepted from the store.
Observe that it should be visible to the rider.
observe that it is not shown on the rider app.
Expected behavior
When a store accepts a delivery order, it should be shown to the rider on the rider app.

Reproduce the flow by placing an order and accepting it from the store, then inspect how accepted delivery orders reach the Rider app. Trace the relevant order-visibility entry point and compare it with the expected rider state. Done means a store-accepted delivery order appears in the Rider app and can be accepted by a rider.
