Invalid field for entering phone number ,hence phone number not taken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to ADD RIDER
ENTER CREDENTIALS
MOVE TO PHONE NUMBER
See error
Expected behavior
Should be a numeric textbox

Start by opening the ADD RIDER flow in Chrome and locating the phone-number field. Reproduce the error after entering the rider credentials, then verify that the field accepts a phone number as a numeric textbox and that the rider form can proceed.
