Enatega Admin: Restaurant not visible despite being within delivery location (Crust store)

Describe the bug
When a user is located within the delivery area of restaurant, the restaurant (crust store) is still not appearing in the list of options.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set a delivery location that is within the known delivery radius of a restaurant.
Go to the restaurant listing page.
The restaurant is not shown, even though the user is located within its delivery area.
Expected behavior
The restaurant should be displayed to users when they are within the supported delivery range.

Start by reproducing the issue in the restaurant listing page with a delivery location inside the Crust store’s known radius, using Chrome on Windows. Trace the restaurant availability and delivery-area filtering from that entry point, then verify that an eligible restaurant appears while restaurants outside the supported range remain excluded.
