Research direction
Start at the website's order tracking/detail screen and reproduce the issue by placing an order, then waiting for its status to change. Trace how the screen currently receives updated order data and run the relevant website checks if available. Done means the displayed status changes automatically from values such as Pending to Preparing or Delivered without a manual refresh.
