Describe the bug
Transactional Email Templates has a "Enatega Email Templates" on top which should be removed on all transactional emails.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create any of the following transactions "Create an Account", "Place an Order", "Email Verification Template" or "Phone Verification Template"
Expected behavior
Email Templates should not have redundant information

Reproduce the issue in Chrome by opening the Create an Account, Place an Order, Email Verification Template, or Phone Verification Template transaction. Locate the transactional email template UI and verify that the “Enatega Email Templates” heading appears; done means the redundant heading is absent from all listed templates.
