Research direction
Start by locating the Restaurant Customise Screen and its Special Instructions field, then reproduce the layout and keyboard-avoiding behavior on an iPhone 15 Pro using a restaurant whose default items have no images. Done means the UI no longer moves above the header and the Special Instructions field behaves correctly when the keyboard opens.
