Add on feature not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Food corner east restaurants page
place your order and choose new item 1 (with default add on of fries)

you can only choose one of these but upon check out you'll see both items in your order list
4. Scroll down to checkout
5. See error

Expected behavior
only the selected item or the items must be shown, or if default then should not be given a choice

Start at the Food corner east restaurants page and reproduce the order flow in Chrome: choose new item 1 with its default fries add-on, then inspect the checkout order list. Done means the checkout shows only the selected add-on, or the default add-on is applied without presenting a conflicting choice.
