Invalid field for entering phone number ,hence phone number not taken
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to ADD RIDER
ENTER CREDENTIALS
MOVE TO PHONE NUMBER
See error
Expected behavior
Should be a numeric textbox
