Restaurant Application displays network error when we open it even when the network is stable

Describe the bug
When opening the Restaurant Application, a "Network Error" message is displayed sometimes even when the internet connection is stable and functioning properly.

To Reproduce

Open the Restaurant Application.
Observe the error message displayed immediately upon launch(Happens most of the time).
Expected behavior
The application should launch without displaying a network error if the internet connection is stable.
