When placing an order on a store, it throws a validation message that "Restaurant is not available right now"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add an item to the cart from store.
Go to the checkout page.
Click on "Click to order".
observe that it throws validation message that "Restaurant is not available right now "
*Expected behavior
Validation message should not be shown until the restaurant is not closed.

Reproduce the issue through the store, cart, checkout page, and “Click to order” step in Chrome on Windows. Trace the validation that produces “Restaurant is not available right now” and compare it with the restaurant’s open state; done means an order can be placed while the restaurant is open and the message remains appropriate when it is closed.
