Add Food: Field label to choose category is missing

A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] After adding Title and Description, a dropdown box is presented. Without any label, its not clear what does it mean and leave a user to fumble around.

Add field label "Choose Category" above the field.

Start at the add-food form described in the issue and locate the category dropdown shown after Title and Description. Add the visible “Choose Category” label above that field, then check the form to confirm the label is clear and positioned with the dropdown.
