Phone number field missing, when adding a store from Vendor page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Click on Vendors option from general dropdown.
Now click any vendor , click on View option.
See error there Store option now add a store from there
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Reproduce the issue in the Enatega Admin Dashboard by opening Vendors, selecting a vendor, choosing View, and starting the add-store flow. Locate the vendor page's store form and compare its fields with the expected store data. Done means the phone number field is available when adding a store from a vendor page and the flow works correctly.
