Describe the bug
Transactional Email Templates has a "Enatega Email Templates" on top which should be removed on all transactional emails.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create any of the following transactions "Create an Account", "Place an Order", "Email Verification Template" or "Phone Verification Template"
Expected behavior
Email Templates should not have redundant information

Start at the Transactional Email Templates UI and inspect how the shared “Enatega Email Templates” heading is rendered. Check the Create an Account, Place an Order, Email Verification Template, and Phone Verification Template views. Done means the redundant heading is absent from all four transactional emails without removing the actual email content.
