In the Enatega app (Cart section), the "Add a message for the restaurant" button should be fully clickable, not just the arrow icon. This enhancement would make the entire button area responsive, improving user experience and accessibility.

Currently, only the arrow icon next to the "Add a message for the restaurant" option is clickable.
The entire button, including the text and arrow, should be clickable, allowing users to easily add a message for the restaurant when reviewing their cart.
This change would ensure a smoother, more intuitive interaction, reducing the chances of misclicking and improving the overall user experience.

Start in the cart section by searching the repository for the exact text "Add a message for the restaurant" and inspect the surrounding UI entry point. Make the whole option, including its text and arrow, activate the existing add-message interaction, then verify that clicking anywhere in the button works as intended.
