Describe the bug
Transactional Email Templates has a "Enatega Email Templates" on top which should be removed on all transactional emails.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create any of the following transactions "Create an Account", "Place an Order", "Email Verification Template" or "Phone Verification Template"
Expected behavior
Email Templates should not have redundant information

Start by locating the transactional email template UI and inspect the templates for Create an Account, Place an Order, Email Verification Template, and Phone Verification Template. Confirm the redundant “Enatega Email Templates” heading is present, remove it from each affected email, and verify the rendered templates no longer show that information in Chrome.
