Enatega Admin-Dashboard: Missing Phone Number Field in Store Creation (Its implemented on back-end)

Describe the bug
The "Phone Number" field is missing from the "Create New Store" form in the frontend, even though it is implemented on the backend. Add phone field on update page also.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the "Create New Store" page.
Observe the available fields in the form.
Expected behavior

The form should include a field for entering a phone number, which should be sent to the backend upon submission.

Start in the admin dashboard's Create New Store form and locate the corresponding update form. Check how existing store fields are submitted to the backend, then verify that both forms accept and send the phone number and that the value is retained when updating a store.
