Phone number field missing, when adding a store from Vendor page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Click on Vendors option from general dropdown.
Now click any vendor , click on View option.
See error there Store option now add a store from there
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Follow the reported flow in the Enatega Admin Dashboard: Vendors, a vendor's View option, then the Store option and add-store form. First reproduce the missing phone number field and inspect the dashboard code for that form; done means the phone number field is present when adding a store from a vendor page.
