The heart icon on the restaurants are not clickable, while we are on the Restaurants screen we tap the heart icon on the top right of that restaurant details the restaurant details will open up it should not work like this.

Describe the solution you'd like
While we are on the Restaurants screen we tap the heart icon on the top right of that restaurant details that restaurant should be marked as favorites rather than details will open up it you mark favorite from there.

Start at the Restaurants screen and inspect the restaurant-card heart interaction, especially its current navigation behavior. Confirm that tapping the heart marks the restaurant as a favorite without opening restaurant details, while the rest of the card still opens details as expected.
