Newly created store incorrectly shows two default options in the options-adding feature. Showing 7up and Pepsi already entered options in any new store created by the user.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Create a new store or open recently created store.
Now open Product Management dropdown menu.
Select Options from the dropdown menu.
See error there already add two options named 7UP and Pepsi.
Expected behavior
The options list should be empty by default, allowing the user to add options manually.

Research direction
Start in the Enatega Admin Dashboard at Product Management > Options, using a newly created store to reproduce the issue. Trace where the options list is loaded or initialized and identify why 7UP and Pepsi appear. Done means a new store shows an empty options list while existing manually added options remain available.
