Enatega Store App: Remove "Delivery Charge" text in price summary for pickup orders

Describe the bug
When placing a Pickup order on the store app, a "delivery charge" text is there in the price summary.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the store app
open pickup orders
observe that delivery charges text are there in th price summary
Expected behavior
Delivery charges should be removed from the pickup orders.

Start in the store app by reproducing the issue with a pickup order and inspect the price summary shown on the order screen. The work is done when pickup orders no longer display the delivery charge text while other order types retain their expected summary.
