Invalid field for entering phone number ,hence phone number not taken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to ADD RIDER
ENTER CREDENTIALS
MOVE TO PHONE NUMBER
See error
Expected behavior
Should be a numeric textbox

Start by reproducing the issue in the ADD RIDER flow on Chrome: enter the credentials and move to the phone number field. Trace the phone input used there and verify that it renders as a numeric textbox and accepts a phone number without the reported invalid-field error.
